• We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

10. Termination

• If you breach these Terms.
• If your payment fails repeatedly.
• If your use poses a risk to other users or the platform.

Termination may include removal of access, deletion of data, and forfeiture of unused credits.

11. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, content, and technology used in EditKits are the property of EditKits or its licensors.
